Furthermore the Bookers repeatedly warned our contacts, not to give us any information. They were told not to talk to us at all, and not to send us any paper work!

Apparently all you need is a name of a sire and dam and cash to get papers from the All American Pit Bull Association Inc. (Pit bull ? registry) This is Unethical

The All American Pit Bull Association Inc is allowing Falsifying of paperwork by the on going issue of puppy temps and registering dogs produced by
Northern's Finest Bad Ass B Boy Boxer #WA A 888-00 and letting Northern's Finest Bad Ass B Boy Boxer #WA A 888-00 still be registered at all.
The Booker's have been notified many times about this matter. And were informed the dog was not from our lines.
But are still registering pups with this line
Northern's Finest Bad Ass B Boy Boxer # WA A 888-00 was bred to John and Lucinda's very own bitch by the name of NTL.CH 02 Booker's Flawless 5 Carat #OR 707-00
The Bookers solicited dogs to unsuspected owners, and now knowing the paper work is false, They have done nothing to clear up the paper falsification.

Oh Yes... It would have be bred to Bookers dog Then no one would question the breeding at all

John & Lucinda Booker the owner's of the All American Pit Bull Association Inc. (Pit Bull Registry) registered this dog with only a bill of sale stating the dog was out of our Victorino's Image of Rebel Jo and our Victorino Bright Star Light.
AAPBA did this With out calling to verify with us if this dog was out of our male.
Then they proceeded to bred their bitch with Northern's Finest Bad Ass B Boy Boxer.
Then papered the litter, solicited the pups to the public.
This litter of puppy's were born on 11-12-2003

We The Victorino have remained at the same home for years and have never changed our home phone. The AAPBA registry has had our home phone and mailing address for years. Before registering this dog or breeding to it they should have contacted us!
What are they doing about it now NOTHING!

We have asked to have Northern's Finest Bad Ass B Boy Boxer # WA A 888-00
To Be DNA tested and sent in by certified mailing to be verified by a professional.

Of course we would want to be present when the DNA sample is taken.

That is a reasonable request and one any ethical dog registry would be willing to abide to

If you think you have a dog from our Victorino’s Image of Rebel Jo, Or any of our dogs!
This is what you will have:
#1 you will have a contract with us! We will Know of you!
#2 You are a close personal friend with us.
#3 You WILL Have UKC paper work
#4 You WILL Have ADBA paper work
#5 Your dog WILL NOT be registered with the AAPBA
#6 You will have the option to have your dog DNA tested and WILL have verified parentage.

You must have three or more of the above to even think you have a dog from Rebel or any of our dogs.

If you have any information such as Papers, Photos, news clippings mailings, contracts. Bills of sales, or any information on other puppies sired by Northern's Finest Bad Ass B Boy Boxer # WA A 888-00

We also received and paid for AAPBA magazines back then, but they sent a check back to us stating they never found our subscription. Then why send us our money back.... that's okay we still receive magazines for free under another source.

In the beginning........
When we were approached by Booker to come to a show, his registry had already had a few UKC people. The small group of UKC people we were already showing with AAPBA. A few were already helping him with the information the was vital to his new registry's success. So we went to one to see what it was like.The shows were fun, our UKC group was running every show. The UKC group all learned early on, that our information and knowledge of clubs, shows, was why we were asked to attend. Right off we were asked to be judges to open new clubs and host shows. Some being told they can be a judge, well lets just say they think they are someone and it goes right to their head. Once you said yes, here came the contract. We ever signed anything didn't feel right and it was not right. To this day we still have the AAPBA copy of the contract John was to sign. Unsigned.
When we seen shady stuff and I'm talking the group we slowly remove our selves. Ones mentioned the stuff that was happening they were bard.
We were not the first to leave but was threaten by Booker when we did. All the UKC people had to show a 4 to 7 gen pedigree and our money to register our dogs. Later to see just anyone walking off the street with a dog they stolen the night before and the money could get papers. There was things we could never change, to make sure our breed would not suffer. If you had AKC papers this would get you a dog you could breed. Even if the AKC breeder signed for it not to be bred. Pound puppy's could have a set of AAPBA papers and in 9 months start your kennel with an unknown line. We made a fuss, we didn't have a problem showing against them. We did see a problem with the amount of APBT's dogs this would generate, over the years. Now filling our local dog shelters everywhere.

I will not hide the fact we were in the AAPBA for a short time.
Our dogs worked hard and it was not their fault we took them to a place that we disagreed with....
This was our breed of canine, Booker was starting his registry with. If he dose something that might affect the breed then you should be there to keep it in line. That's is how allot of us felt. Later we seen thing that were not going to change and when we made a fuss things tuned ugly for each of us . Some slid out slowly not for him to notice and then would not fear him turning them in for everything.

Cant make a change by standing out side looking in. We tired to get involved like so many others.

We were told that we would be nothing in the pit world if we left his registry that was the wrong thing to say to us. We were not there to make him money we were there for the love of the breed.
One other was told she had to many dogs to go against him, She was truly scarred. and wanted to leave slowly and with out a fuss.... Over time she has learned helping them against us is good for her! That will bite her in the ass some day ....

Booker has a grate thing going but he needs to keep the registry as registry not a personal I can take you down card. When people don't believe in all he dose. He will have those that are willing to go after you for a ribbon or a title on their dog.
How sad! Should tattoo that on your arm!

Even years later in a court case the Judge let us know in our final words that Booker himself testified of our grate Character and that we were grate people.
Could not say anything bad against us as dog owners or people in general. In fact told the Judge we were welcome to the registry anytime. The Judge was shocked to hear this since Booker was there to testify in behalf of Glen Bui and Cynthia McCammon. The Judge stated he sounded more in our favor then in theirs.

We ever wanted to be a judge. He wanted us not the other way around.
We have placed these cert's and letters here to show all that he needed people.
At the time we felt he was hurting the breed, we personally seen staffy bull litters get register as pit bulls. We questioned him about it and that started a conflict.
Keeping lines true and real not mixed is important to us.
This stuff is not here to brag on anything. Get real this is far from a brag!

It is to show that we were there to help and to make a difference, Only when you go against them will it turn ugly. We want to thank all that sent in information to us about this dog.
We knew it was not ours cause we only have two brindle males. We have few litters and Rebel only has 27 pups to his name .....

The dog world is ruthless, people state they are your friends just to get close to you ...
